Vegan Sloppy Joes

Busy nights as a kid meant sloppy joes! Now a-days as an adult I find myself craving a healthier plant-based alternative that’s just as delicious, messy, and saucy as I remembered.

Lentils and mushrooms bring the perfect meatiness that I remember and topping it with a garlic-lime aioli takes it to the next level.

If you recreate this one don’t forget to take a quick photo and tag me on instagram @logandunn so I can see what you’ve created!
